HERE’S A COOL PROJECT WE BET YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT –

Club Weld is a mobile music studio operating in western Sydney for adults on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities.

The studio has released three compilation albums since its inception in 2014.

There is a diverse crew of musicians involved, from high functioning to high needs; and from psychedelia to pop to Italo-house and back. The common element is a love of writing and recording original music.

Club Weld’s latest release is a compilation called ‘FEEDBACK’. The album coincides with a series of collaborations with filmmakers chosen by Parramatta community centre Information & Cultural Exchange.

The filmmakers utilised an analogue video synthesizer to help realise the creative vision of the Club Weld musicians.

Sam from Club Weld has put together a little playlist of some of their stuff…go on and check it out!
