Manoli Photakis is a Greek Adonis. He is the most handsome man we have ever met, but he is also intelligent, funny and caring. He must be a robot. Manoli was there in the beginning when the idea for Amateur Hour was hatched, and has been part of many long and involved conversations regarding liquor licensing, venue capacity and maximum fun.
